Nursing Home Facilities

Our goal is simple. We want our residents to maintain their health and self-reliance, so they're able to continue to do the things they enjoy.

We accomplish this goal by providing quality health care facilities, services and programs that contribute to the physical, social and spiritual well being of each resident.

If you or your loved one is considering a nursing home, evaluate your options. Each home offers different features, but here are a few that set us apart:

• Direct care staff. A Medical Director, Administrator and team of nurses lead our staff. And our activities personell, dieticians and housekeepers are devoted to meeting resident's needs.
• Housekeeping. We're sticklers about the details. We're proud of our facilities and their cleanliness, and housekeeping is performed each day.
• Laundry. We do laundry for each resident.
• Volunteers. We take pride in our volunteers. We have volunteers of all ages who help with activities.
• Transportation. Whether you need to run downtown for shopping or would like a special afternoon lunch, we'll make every effort to get you there in our new transport bus.
• It's like home. We want it to be as close to a home environment as possible, so we encourage residents to make their rooms their own, and residents are able to continue to be surrounded by many of their favorite items.
• Resources. Our nursing home is part of the Lake City Medical Center, so residents don't leave the building for a clinic appointment. This also provides immediate care should a resident require it.
